Vibrating ball mill AUBEMA 4210 / 04-25 overhauled in 2020 with new 6-pole 22kW electric motor. Internal six-cylinder 300mm diameter liners are in calendered Hardox 400, drive coupling is new, springs and anti-vibration pads new. Machine in perfect condition, with vibration adjustment by overlapping eccentric masses. Excluding ball charge to be determined according to the grain size and hardness of the input material and the grain size to be obtained. Final grain size: up to <25 µm depending on the raw material and its size. Reduction ratio: up to 1:30. Indicative average production 0.5-2 ton/hour.
